The abrupt growth of the Indotek Group’ development projects necessitated the establishment of an own project management division. In-Construction Ltd. is specialised in the execution of economic consulting, technical supervision, agency and engineering management tasks in construction industry. Additionally our staff being expert in marketing and sales is at the clients' disposal for the utilisation of real estates – through this we can provide complex services including all stages of real estate development.

In-Construction Ltd. has implemented the preparatory works related to the development project of two multifunctional (residential, commercial, institutional, sport) giant city centres the implementation process of which is expected to be commenced in 2012. The construction works from the very first stage to the stage of delivery have been controlled by us. Furthermore, we also undertake to provide supervisory services upon request of clients not yet being business partners to the INDOTEK Group.
